Terms of Sale

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Nothing on this site — including product names, descriptions, published study summaries, images, or third-party links — constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to use any product on a human or animal. We make no claims of therapeutic benefit.

Products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. You agree not to administer, ingest, inject, apply, resell for consumption, redistribute, or otherwise divert products for human or veterinary use. Resale to consumers or unlicensed parties is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, receipt, storage, handling, and disposal of research materials, including but not limited to FDA, DEA, USDA, EPA, OSHA, and state pharmacy or controlled-substance rules.

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout; we do not accept wire transfer at this time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail fraud, sanctions, or export-control screening.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Cold-chain packaging is provided where applicable, but you are responsible for prompt receipt and appropriate laboratory storage on arrival.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will replace or refund at our discretion.

A batch COA is provided for each product. COAs reflect analytical results for the tested lot; they are not endorsements of any specific use.

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR RESEARCH USE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury resulting from misuse, including any use on humans or animals.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or any use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its Research Use Only designation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Ector County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders constitutes acceptance of the current version.
