Orders are limited to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in their jurisdiction. By ordering you affirm the products are for in-vitro laboratory research only — not for human or animal consumption.

We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH, PayPal, and Zelle at checkout. Wire transfer is not currently supported. All prices are in US dollars and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Yes. Every batch ships with an independent third-party COA showing ≥99% HPLC purity. If you need the COA before ordering, email support@thatpeptidestore.com with the product name and we'll send it over.

We ship nationwide across the United States from our Permian Basin (Odessa, TX) facility. Local same-day delivery is available across the Permian Basin service area.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff typically ship the same business day. Standard US delivery is 2–4 business days; overnight is available at checkout. Local Permian Basin orders can arrive same-day.

Yes — temperature-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging with cold packs when appropriate. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier, so please receive shipments promptly and move vials to appropriate laboratory storage on arrival.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened vials once an order has shipped.

Email support@thatpeptidestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact support@thatpeptidestore.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel or modify it. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled.
